Autumn Ridge Gardens has 2 semi private bedroom and 2 private bedrooms. With a spacious open floor plan through-out the facility.

We care for individuals who are male or females. with a Licensed capacity of 6 persons served in the home at a time.

We encourage family and significant other participation with visits and with accompanying the persons served on group outings.

We have a physician, a pediatrist, and beautician that provides services in the facility.

We do individual and group outings to promote community involvement and positive outcomes.

​Our environment is very clean and our meals are very taste.

Our goal matches the goal of our persons served and stake holder to continuously collect feed back and to improve outcomes.
